James Pitts

Biography
I am an agent at and the owner of Pitts Insurance Team. I began my career in 1996. I have served as a claims adjuster, an associate agent and, most recently, a sales manager in the Upstate of South Carolina. I am a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Business Management. I reside in Greenhill Parish with his wife, Melissa, and their two children.

Lee Pitts

Biography
I started the agency in 1980. I am a commercial sales executive. I began as a scratch agent with just a desk in the district sales office. Throughout the years and strong leadership, I was able to help the agency grow to over 5,000 accounts in two locations. I now serve as our team's commercial sales executive, focusing on meeting all insurance needs of local business owners. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina and have been a resident of Columbia my entire life. I am married to Fran Pitts and have three sons and three grandchildren.

John Pitts

Biography
I joined the team in 2005 working as a customer loyalty specialist. I now serve the team as our commercial account manager. My main focus is ensuring that our business customers are satisfied and working with our commercial sales executive. Prior to joining the team, I was a judicial service officer for the Richland County Sheriff's Office. I have also served as MP for the SC National Guard. My wife, Beth, and I reside in NE columbia with our daughter.

Sandy Grogan

Biography
I have worked in Insurance for over 21 years. I handle Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, Boat, Motorcycle and ATV policies. This has been my career for over 21 years and I love it! I am married and have 2 beautiful daughters. I have lived in Columbia for almost all my life.

Saudia Hardnett

Biography
I joined the Pitts Insurance Team in November 2007. I have insurance experience in personal lines auto underwriting. I also have claims experience in Commercial Products as well as personal lines homeowners. I have worked for two independent agencies before joining the Pitts Insurance team. The most rewarding experience by far has been working on the agency side of insurance. I am the first face and direct contact our policyholders make when purchasing a policy, and I want to ensure that our policyholders get more than just an insurance policy; I want to ensure they are confident that they made a wise decision.

Biography
I have been an insurance professional for 15 years and a dedicated employee with the Pitts Insurance team for 6 years.  My favorite part of selling insurance is saving people money and helping them meet their needs

Dale Richardson

Biography
Over the past 21 years as an insurance agent, I have been called "The Bull Dog" because I go for it and get the job done!  I have experience in auto and home insurance, but my specialty is life.  I am the #1 agent and helping you meet your needs is my goal.
